Our Subcommittees are currently seeking members to serve:
Arts and Graphics
for designing and/or printing a convention logo, banner,
convention posters, and directional posters.
information about the convention and fundraisers to
hospitals and institutions and members of the N.A.
Entertainment & Fundraising
Generates interest and support for the
MRCNA convention from within the fellowship of the
Michigan Region, in addition to raising funds for it
Hotels & Hospitality
adequate facilities for the convention and acts as the
liaison between the convention committee and the host
hotel. In addition, this subcommittee will coordinate
all requirements of the subcommittees with the hotel
Comprised of energetic members who welcome attendees to the convention with a hug. We encourage new members to be huggers.
the financial success of the convention by generating
revenue through the sale of commemorative convention
the workshops, meetings, and selects main speakers and
workshop speakers and chairpersons for these events.
The purpose of this Subcommittee is to maintain Serenity and Order at the Convention in a positive, non-confrontational, assertive manner.
Clean time Requirement for a Serenity Guide: Six (6) months.
Tickets & Registration
and implements a system of accounting for total
registration/banquet/brunch sales, receives
pre-registration and mail confirmations, accounts for
all money received, and provides current information on
above items at all times.
